Painted Ercol Chairs

I bought these 2 chairs on Ebay, they seemed to be perfect for my first project with AS paints....

I gave them one coat of Cream color and then one coat of Paris Grey, waxed them, distressed them and waxed them again.... and voilá!

I do really love the result and the finish is delicious! so smooth!.

Crème de la Crème is a hobby that has turned into a small home business based in Buxton, England.
It all began as an interest to transform and "upcycle" old furniture, using light colors that uplift spaces and reflect light.

I was born and raised in Chile, where the lack of light is not particularly an issue, but since I moved to the UK in 2005 I have had big cravings for it!. White floors and light colored furniture is helping me to cope.

I'm a certified hypnotherapist, designer and visual artist, I have lots of interests and I'm always eager to learn.
Inspiration comes from many sources, including other artists, nature, other cultures, music and food among others.
