A lovely surprise!

I have just found out that I have received an award....how sweet is that!?, I received this award from Jessica at Nouvelle Vie Furniture, she has done cool transformations to furniture, using vibrant colors, check it out!.

Rustic serving tray

I found this wooden box in a boot sale around a year ago.... I kept it in the storage room until this last week... when I finally had an idea for it...
I transformed it into a rustic serving tray... I used AS Old Ochre and Aubusson Blue.... for handles I used some chunky sisal rope, I love it!

I love blue and white and I also have a thing for stripes....

Simple objects can be transformed so quickly!

More chalkboards!

Out of 8 kitchen doors that I'm "upcycling", 6 are chalkboards and 2 will be signs.
In the meantime, I have finished 3 more chalkboards...

This one was painted with AS Scandinavian Pink... and is 60,5 x 39 cms.
This one was also painted with AS, a mixture of Cream, Original and Aubusson Blue....result? = MINT! :-) this one is 55,5 x 40 cms
